Refund & Return Policy

At Vault10Alton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your trading card purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Graded Cards

All graded cards are sold as-is. Once a card has been professionally graded and encapsulated by PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or other grading companies, the grade is final. We do not accept returns on graded cards unless:

  • The item received does not match the listing description
  • The card was damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
  • Wrong item was shipped

Raw Cards

Raw (ungraded) cards may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The card is in the same condition as shipped
  • Original packaging and top loader are intact
  • Return is approved prior to shipping back

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@vault10alton.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in protective packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using tracked shipping and insurance for valuable cards.
