Vault10Alton takes great care in packaging and shipping your trading cards to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- USPS First Class Mail with tracking
- Cards are shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders, and team bags
- Bubble mailers for additional protection
Priority Shipping (2-3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail with tracking
- Additional padding and protection
- Recommended for orders over $100
Graded Card Shipping
- All graded cards ship with signature confirmation
- Insurance included for orders over $250
- Secure packaging to prevent case damage
Packaging Standards
Every card is carefully packaged:
- Raw cards: Penny sleeve → Top loader → Team bag → Bubble mailer
- Graded cards: Wrapped slab → Cardboard protection → Bubble mailer or box
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available for high-value orders upon request.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vault10alton.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
